Event & Inventory Management Plugin

I’m looking for a plug in that I can manage events (we hold classes) and inventory (we allow the community to check out equipment). I have briefly looked over Rezgo and WebReserv Embedded Booking Calendar. But neither seem to specify if they can:

– Set permissions – Must attend and complete an event, to be able to reserve inventory, including specific events for specific inventory.

– Integrate with BuddyPress. This doesn’t HAVE to happen, but come on.. it would be nice. I could have one big network, instead of a database and a social network.

I know the other two plug ins have paid accounts. I would consider a premium plug that could do this. I have not searched for any premium plugins.
