    Hi,

Something’s not connecting for me using the event display builder shortcodes.

I tried throwing something like this together:

    [start-date]: [event-title]
    [start-time] - [end-time]
    [maps-link][location][/maps-link]
    [description]

However, it just outputs the shortcodes, not the calender of events list. Do I have to wrap those in something to get it to pull the info from the feed or something.

Feeling dense, but just want a simple list of events vs links to the calendar etc.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hello,

Where are you putting these shortcodes? They don’t go in to your post / page, they need to stay in the event display builder field in the plugin settings (under “Display Options”). The plugin uses the contents of this field when constructing the event output.

The only shortcode that goes directly into your post or page is [google-calendar-events].

    Ross,

I was putting them on the page, but now I see I had to edit the specific feed to change the display options.

Thank you very much for your help!
