Event calendar 3 : Wrong archive day page title (1 post)

    Hi,

When choosing a date in a standard wordpress installation, posts written that day are shown. They are displayed via the 'archive.php' page and in this page, the <h2> title is produced depending on if is_day(), is_month(), is_author(), etc...

So when is_day(), we can simply call the_date() or the_time() to display the archive date. Actually, calling the_date() retursn the first post date as we are in the wordpress loop...

But, Event Calendar plugin adds some post filters so that we display post that are not writen this day but special posts (events) for witch event's date matches the requested day...

So calling the_date() to display title is incorrect !

The result is the following :

    • The page url (using permalink) is .../2008/07/06
    • The page title (from <head><title>) is Jully 2008 6th
    • The archive page title is "Archive for January 2008 26th"

Witch is not what i expect....

I searched in template functions, but can't find any workaround...

    Any help?

    Thanks.
