Have someone been able to get this plugin to work with PHP 5.3 under windows? I was struggling with this plugin making every post in other categories to disappear. It seems like this is not (yet?) compatible with PHP 5.3.

All you need to do is remove the ampersands ("&") from each function definition. There's a patch file at:
