Event Attendance Signup

Is there anything available to post events to a calendar and then have an option per event for people to sign up and then display a list of attendees, preferably with a cap on the qty of attendees?

Looking for something for a World of Warcraft guild site to sign up for raids for our guild.

Anyone who can point me in the right direction would be my hero!
