   Hi,

   I hope someone can shed some light on this. I've been unsuccessfully trying to add a new post for a while now. I've tried everything, including deactivating all plugins & using the default/classic theme, to no avail.

   I searched the forums but all similar questions were unresolved.

   You have a lot of errors shown here, http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fakuse.com%2FBlog%2F&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline&group=0

   You also have cut and pasted from Word which can cause many wierd problesm as it intoduces different code. From Word you need to save as and paste as text, or use the paste from word button in the WP editor or publish from Word.

   Clearing up the errors will make finding the problem (if you still have it) much easier.

   Thanks for checking, Kmessinger; re-validation didn't occur to me.

   Perplexing b/c I did not copy from Word; most posts were generated in WP itself and the only cut & pasted ones were from simple text. Also, everything validated when I initially setup the site.

   Now I'm not sure how to go about rectifying the 102 errors! Is there any batch tool that can auto-correct them or do I have to do it manually?
