Established wp blog redirecting to install.php

My established blog is going to an install wp page.

Per the threads I can find on the forum, I get that it’s something wrong with my database, but in phpMyAdmin, I don’t have this option:

1. Login to phpMyAdmin.
2. Select the database and click on ‘Structure’ tab.
3. Right under the list of table there is a “Check All” link. Click on it to select all tables.
4. From a “With selected:” drop-down menu right next to it, choose “Check table”

From that last drop-down my only options are print or export
I also don’t have an “options” table listed.

Is there another way to check to see which database is causing the issue?
I do not think I have a recent backup. I made a theme change yesterday that is most likely the cause. It was working fine through all the changes, but today I got the error.
