I have trouble using the eshop_list_alpha..
After I clicked on one of the Alphabet (say: S), it will show all products, starts from A.
I have reinstall the themes (emporium) and the plugin (only have eshop), and also delete all base then inserting it all again, but the problem is still not resolved.
Please advise...
Unless you provide a link to a page demonstrating the problem, no one will be able to offer much in the way of assistance.

There's nothing wrong with it. Try clicking on the links for I, P or S.

When I click S, it lists all the products from I. Shouldn't it lists only product which name starts with S?
Try uploading a fresh copy of the theme and deactivate all plugins apart from eShop.
