if user needs to sign in before they can purchase, then you need an external plugin to handle the sign up process. For eShop just change the checkout and cart pages to be accessible only when logged in.

Well you can allow anyone to register via a setting within WordPress itself via Settings > General. I only suggest a plugin as you may want something a little fancier.
i will go with WP login setting but that not show the purchase history and acc user data
i want to activate the user account that required before purchase and after purchase it show the user purchase history
any suggested plugin for that purpose?

Each customer will have a My Orders page available to them when they login.
