   When a customer checks out, a previous customer's details are showing in the checkout box. Needless to say, this previous customer is not happy. Any ideas how to fix this?

   No. All private computers , and we have duplicated the problem on three separate computers.

   Yes! That may be the problem. Using Quick Cache.

   disable it then... or at least disable for the cart and checkout pages.

   I am having the same problem, but I am new to WordPress and do not know how to disable the cache... Help?

   There is only a cache if you have set one up with a plug-in like WP Super Cache. If you haven't specifically set one up, there is nothing to disable.
