   I love this plug in and have enjoyed working with it. I do have a couple questions about shipping rates and taxes:

   1. How can I set up shipping for a flat rate up to a certain dollar amount, and then free for orders above that amount (i.e. $6 shipping for orders $.01 - $199.00, free shipping for any order $199.01 or more)?

   2. Taxes. The business is based out of a state that charges 6% sales tax to residents. Non-residents are not charged sales tax. Where do I set this up?

   1. check the discounts - you can use them for free shipping

   2. Depends - if you are using paypal you can now add tax at their end. Otherwise it currently has to be included in the price you set.

   Tax may be added into a future release.
