   I am using eshop to sell ebooks and nothing else. I need to know if there is a way of setting the tax options up so that when somebody from a country other than New Zealand wants to download one of the ebooks they do not get charged the local GST tax? I am using Paypal as the gateway and as far as I can tell there is not an option to do it at that end so I am hoping there is something that can be don inside wordpress before sending the final order through to Paypal.
   I was told be my accountant that anyone inside New Zealand needs to pay 15% GST but people outside NZ don't need to. So I want to keep the same price for the ebooks of $4.99 for everybody but when somebody from New Zealand buys the book I need somehow to make the total price still $4.99 but have 15% of that total be GST tax.

   Any help much appreciated.

   You need to set up tax and place NZ in one zone and them place all other countries in another zone. Then, when you set up tax, apply zero tax to the "all other countries" zone. There's no way of applying a different item price based on country/zone.
