eshop Database Empty

    Hi,

    I have a client that saved a backup of their database some months ago and was using the eshop plugin. They are now requesting database that data months ago. I put together a dummy wp site, installed eshop, imported the database, and anything related to eshop is blank. Everything else (posts, settings, other plugin data, users) is there, but not eshop data. We tired with different backups prior to changing plugins, same result.

    What am I missing?

    absolutely no idea – was data actually saved from the eShop db tables?

    Yes, all tables for everything, nothing skipped, and with different backups from different weeks.

    Have you actually checked the backup files to see if the eshop tables are these and are populated?

    Yes the information was in the tables.

    In most cases the plugin wouldn’t pull the old information. I eventually got it to work from going through a series of backups.
