   Hi,
   I just noticed that all of my orders are shipping under zone 1. I have 8 zones set up and it is only using zone one for some reason. I just upgraded to 6.2.2 and it was working correctly until then. Please help! I am losing a lot of money through shipping.

   Which shipping method are you using - 1,2,3 or 4? Have you allied the different states/countries etc to the appropriate shipping zones?

   I am using 4 and everything is configured correctly..it was working until I upgraded.

   I just checked by using Japan and it works fine.
