    what version of wordpress/php are you running?

    WordPress 3.5 and PHP 5.3.19

    i was not able to reproduce this on a fresh copy of wordpress 3.5.1 and PHP 5.3.2 however i did see i was missing a namespace definition in that file. let me know if 1.0.2 fixes your problem..
