I keep getting the following error message when I go to the website, http://thecollegeanswers.com/wp-admin/install.php (that is my website).

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_header() in /home/content/t/y/r/tyroneschiff/html/index.php on line 2

What is the deal?
