I’ve received two emails from readers of my blog who have had errors when trying to comment. I do have a number of plug-ins, some which have to do with commenting and have not tried to turn them off because I cannot predict when these folks might comment and I don’t want them to have to help me troubleshoot. Just wondered if the following error might ring a bell with someone which might lead me to figure out why certain folks (both Mac users) are unable to comment. I have such a small number of readers, I hate to lose these two because my comment box seems to be broken for them.
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [email address here] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request
