errors in wp-auctions

    I am Using PHP 5.3.0 and WordPress 2.9.2. I have downloaded wp-auctions plugin from wordpress site. I installed it on localserver when I am working with it I am getting the following Problems,

    Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in C:\wamp\www\ocimummu\wp-settings.php on line 765

    Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in C:\wamp\www\ocimummu\wp-settings.php on line 780

    Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in C:\wamp\www\ocimummu\wp-settings.php on line 787

    Deprecated: Assigning the return value of new by reference is deprecated in C:\wamp\www\ocimummu\wp-settings.php on line 794

    and

    In auction page

    there is no display of the selected product. It is just displaying a test image.

    Oops. My mistake. It has to be worked on linux server for it. It was working properly on live. Superb Plugin.
