I get the following errors in the log file when the updater is running:

[Wed Dec 05 07:15:03 2012] [error] [client 79.170.46.1] PHP Warning: array_key_exists() [function.array-key-exists]: The second argument should be either an array or an object in /home/sites/**REDACTED**.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/automatic-updater/automatic-updater.php on line 328

    Cheerz,
    Wil.

Thanks for the bug report, I've committed a fix:
    http://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/635190

This will be available in the next release of Automatic Updater - if you'd like to install the fix manually, you can download the development version:

    Thumbs up.
