When I enter a valid youtube account (Monty Mitchell) it gives me the error message. When I use a different account name it works on my other youtube account. I am wondering if it is because the account name is 2 words.

I have triple checked, and this is the correct account name.

The user name that you must insert is located in the URL of your YouTube channel. For example, the user name of the channel, that is in the following url http://www.youtube.com/user/maxonc4d, is not “MAXON CINEMA 4D”, the user name is “MaxonC4D”, located in the URL.
