Hello everyone,
Every time I try to view my profile.php page to edit something, I get this error:
You are not authorized to view this page.
I've installed WordPress 100 times and have never had this problem. I reinstalled this specific blog about 5 times and still the same error.
Thanks,
Shaibani
PS: It worked once, then I started getting the error.

It's not a cookie problem, I tried with another browser and another computer.

It really sucks because my other authors are having the problem too, and they HAVE to have it.

Same problem. I have so far exported my WP site, removed all plugins and themes, and done a complete reinstall. Still no love. It must have been in the most recent update of WP to 2.7.1.

Those having the issue, If you could answer my questions in this Trac ticket: http://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/9575#comment:3 it'd be appreciated.
Note: If you've not used Trac before, You use the same username/password as you use on these forums.

Ok, I think I know something. It's about the theme. When I reset to the default theme, it's ok. Now, I can access to view or edit my profile. But, when I back to my prefer theme, ops... i get the 'trouble message'again - "You are not authorized to view this page."
(Sorry for my English)

Has this been solved? I'm having the same problem and it seems "is_user_logged_in" is not working either - never returns true.
I'm using a theme based on the Sandbox framework.
