Error - wpdb::prepare() (7 posts)

    Following errors are occurring ONLY when creating a NEW POST

    Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in /home/xxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/no-future-posts/no-future-posts.php on line 74 and defined in /home/xxx/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 992

    Did you manage to fix this? I'm having the same error.

    Thanks esmi, I intend to. However it is often the case that another user fixes the problem and doesn't post the answer on the forum which is why I asked them.

    Here is a solution to make the plugin version 1.3 work with WP 3.9.
    After a little research it seemed to me the cleanest way to solve the problem.

    I pasted just the relevant lines, where you have to change the calls to "$wpdb->prepare". Correct me if I'm wrong.

    Seems I was a little too quick on the trigger - future posts will be shown but cannot be accessed when not logged in. When trying to access them without being logged in, I get a 404 error. Now using the "Future is now" (http://wordpress.org/plugins/the-future-is-now/) plugin, which seems to work.
