error with twenty twelve theme

I liked the plugin a lot, but it caused the ‘customize your site’ page in the twenty twelve theme to go blank. The left hand menu was visible, but the ‘preview your page’ on the right couldn’t upload and froze. I de-activated/deleted the plugin multiple times to confirm, and the error appeared again each time I re-activated it. If this can looked into by developer, that would be great!
