Error with Apache

I am having an install issue. I began to go through the installation process and early on I got an error. Not an error in the browser but rather the “would you like to send an error report” type error. It says it is an apache error but all of my other sites work and my Apache install is fine (as far as I can tell). Has anyone else experienced this issue?
