• I am using version 1.5.1 (with pro 30 day trial plugin installed) and no other plugins enabled.

When editing the settings in the “Settings” section, I enter a URL for a flower affiliate in the “order flowers” section, then I click “save” and it returns an “It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for…” error message.

I do not get this error if that line is left blank.

Also, I posted the first obit, and when I go to view the obit online it also returns another “page not found” error.

I updated my permalinks settings, and I managed to view the list of obits, but when I click on the “view more” option it takes me back to the list of obits instead of going to the obit page itself. I checked and the obit is published, so it should be viewable, but it isn’t.

Note: updating permalinks did not resolve the original error reported in the first post here.

Thanks for posting I also am handling your request through our ticket system.

Page not found is because the shortcode is operating in a child page, the page must be a parent.

The flower link is most likely because of mod_sec rules, whitelisting will fix this.
