i've just installed wp2.8 and Magicblue theme for a new blog. But I always get the same error (below) when I try to edit anything in the appearence editor.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function token_get_all() in /usr/local/www/apache22/data/eclipse/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 273

could anyone please help me to solve this, or at least say if there's no solution for this problem...

i really appreciate and thanks in advance!

Have you tried editing the theme's files with a normal text editor? Does the error still show up?

Hm, I didn't come across this problem yet. Maybe you should file a bug report containing more information about your environment, i.e. browser, etc.
