Error when trying to attach Media Manger file to post.

    When i try to attach a file to a post or page from the media manager. I get this error:

    Catchable fatal error: Object of class CustomFields could not be converted to string in /var/www/wp-includes/formatting.php on line 433

    How do i go about troubleshooting it?

    I also get this error under the text editor on the post screen

    Object of class CustomFields could not be converted to string in /var/www/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1463
