The URL to the site is http://www.gethealthywestgeorgia.org.

We began “testing” today with just the personnel in the office. It seems that when multiple users of the site attempt to access it at or near the same time they all get a flat white screen with the word “error” in the top left. This is browser independent as we’ve viewed it on multiple versions of Firefox and IE.

I recently added and began using the following two plugins:
    Better WP Security
    FormBuilder

Other plugins I have installed and active are:
    All-in-One Event Calendar
    Facebook Like Box

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    Thank you esmi,

I deactivated all the plugins as you suggested and began activating them one at a time. When I activated the Better WP Security plugin, the error occurred again and the plugin send me the following email.

A host, 208.73.81.66, has been locked out of the WordPress site at http://www.gethealthywestgeorgia.org until Wednesday, April 11th, 2012 at 5:20:37 pm Europe/Stockholm due to too many attempts to open a file that does not exist. You may login to the site to manually release the lock if necessary.

So it appears that I’ve got to find this file that does not exist and make it either exist or have whatever is trying to access it stop trying.

Again thank you for your help. Just a thank you not a Bump.

I’d suggest that you try posting in that plugin’s dedicated forum.
