I moved between domains. I copied all the content, changed the wp-config.php file, uploaded the copies to the new domain and changed the URL for wordpress. Now when I go to the new domain it wants me to install wordpress and I can't log in from my old domain. When I go to my old domain I can only go to the home page, the rest can't be found.
Am I supposed to install WordPress again?
What can I have done wrong and how can I correct it?

I'm panicking and really appreciate help!

Did you also change your hosting or did you simply point your new domain to your existing hosting account?

I've read it many times but still can't figure out what I did wrong.
I didn't change hosting company but I changed it to another account.
When I go to my old domain in redirects to the new one and it wants me to install wordpress.

I tried to put in update_options for the url in the wp-login.php file but nothing happened. I am now trying to change the url directory in the database. I logged in to the phpAdmin and found my database but there was no tables found. Does someone has an idea what can be wrong?

If there weren't any tables found, it looks like you haven't imported your WordPress database into your new hosting account. So, there isn't a WP database so it wants to install one for you.

What you'll need to do is go to your previous database (via phpmyadmin) and export all of your tables. Then you'll need to import it into your new database.

These instructions are pretty self explanatory, even for someone who isn't comfortable in phpmyadmin: http://codex.wordpress.org/Backing_Up_Your_Database#Using_phpMyAdmin

    Thank you soo much!!
What a relief! It's all up running now.
You are right, it was easy and it all makes sense.
    Thanks again,
