Error when installing a theme

    When I attempt to install a new theme I get the mssg:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_template_part() in /data/9/1/55/158/1707973/user/1843049/htdocs/blog1/wp-content/themes/clear-line/index.php on line 86
    I’ve gotten three similar responses with three different attempts. Using Network Solutions as my host.
