Error when creating site

    Getting this error. It makes a site, but the site does not work.

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare populate_roles() (previously declared in /home/tenbarge/public_html/winfreebryant.org/wp-content/themes/winfreebryant/functions.php:285) in /home/tenbarge/public_html/winfreebryant.org/wp-admin/includes/schema.php on line 385

    Help!!

    Using ftp or signing into your hosted account, change the theme name from winfreebryant to xwinfreebryant. That will force wp to open with the default theme.
