error when changing theme

    Hi Guys,

    When i change the theme on my site i get this error

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function the_title_attribute() in /home/.marcus/anton1o/anton1o.com/wp-content/themes/graffiti-art/index.php on line 9

    Altho the theme ive been using works fine, I dont know if ive installed the themes wrong, or if some codes changed not allowing me to switch themes.
