   When using the flash or browser uploader and uploading properly sized photos to my wordpress I get this error message:

   "The uploaded file could not be moved to /home/web/linetravelingcircus/production/releases/20091217220706/wp-content/uploads/2011/03."

   I have been getting this response for the past 48 hours, any help is much appreciated!

   Check to see if the permissions on the upload folder have been changed.

   ^thanks, how would I access or change anything in the permissions folder?
