I have an error accessing my website since I've tried upgrading it. I don't know where I went wrong. Other installations went smoothly except having to add the secret keys into my config file.

The fatal error I receive on my homepage:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp() in /home/content/a/c/h/achengy/html/music/wp-blog-header.php on line 14
It changed for which file is in use depending on the link, such as accessing the upgrade.php or wp-admin has an error with admim.php
what is wrong?
