Are you trying to display more than 100 users? If that is the case is a twitter api limitation i will solve in the next release.
Try setting less than 100 users and let me know.
Thanks!

I have tried with @ and without @ but still doesn’t work.
Hi
We are displaying 22 users, so it is not the case. Also tried with and without @ in the username.
Same thing.
Is there any chance we could give you access to our server to check this out, its driving us nuts! Since this is the most beautiful plugin we have found we refuse to use anything else so thank you.

Ok most of the issues were related to Twitter old API wich used ip to track calls to their servers.
Most shared servers with sahred IP were hitting the API calls limit very fast due to poor plugins or script that dont cache results.
I released a new version wich now require YOU to authentificate to twitter in order make the calls to the new API with your user credentials instead of the IP of the server.
Long story short, with version 1.3.1 problem should be fixed
