   When following the last instruction, inserting "https://www.addthis.com/secure/ssi_callback" in the Site Url field of my Facebook App . I get this error message:
   *mydomain.tld* must be derived from one of: Site URL, Mobile Site URL, Canvas URL, Secure Canvas URL, Page Tab URL or Secure Page Tab URL.

   Am I missing something or is this a bug?

   Thank You for the interest in AddThis SSI plugin.

   The issue is due to the conflict between the callback URL and domain. To avoid this, on the facebook app settings page leave the App Domains field empty or use addthis.com.
