Error since latest update in update.php

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/****/public_html/wp-includes/update.php on line 267

I have tried re-uploading all the WP 3.7.1 files to make sure they all got there intact… but the error is still showing when I click on the Updates menu tab, even with twentythirteen theme. I also tried deactivating all plugins and got this additional error:

Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/accountname/public_html/wp-includes/update.php:267) in /home/accountname/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 899
