   The plugin is sending all of my forms into Salesforce, not just the ones that have the SF Add-on enabled. Seems like a bug. I noticed this with Ver. 1.0 as well.

   I've got the same problem. Every form I have is being sent to Salesforce. Any resolution on this?

   This is fixed in Version 1.1.1.

   Excellent, thanks for that. My solution was much more cumbersome but as I had to guess at a few things that's to be expected.
