    Hi Yesterday i installed WordPress 2.1 with a new theme (Which i bought frm outside). Im getting below error in Archives. Can you solve this?

    WordPress database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ” at line 1]

    The theme is probably coded for wordpress 2.0 and not 2.1. Since you paid for it, I’d get with the theme designer and express your annoyance. It’s the blogroll being called from your sidebar.php file. You may want to review the codex for the new function calls.

    The poster may also want to note the search bar at the top of the forums. It’s there for a reason as this has been covered many, many times already. 🙂
