   I can not log into the dashboard. wordpress already tried to repair it, but failed. The following is the report error:

   wp_usermeta: 1 client is using or hasn't closed the table properly
   wp_posts: Table is marked as crashed
   wp_options: Table is marked as crashed
   wp_postmeta: Table is marked as crashed

   how can I make my site be back to normal as before.

   Do you have a recent database backup? Do your hosts?

   yes, I've got recent database backup. but please tell me how to use the database backup to restore my site as before?
