   I use WP 265 now, but this error was happened on WP263.

   Everytime i make a new post then try to save it, i always get this message as below,

   "Your attempt to edit this post: "test" has failed.

   Please try again."

   But actually my post was saved.

   So, i would like to get any advice how to solve it.
