Error on opening wp-admin

    When I try to open Bickleton.org/wp-admin I get this error:

    Warning: preg_replace() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/drhaynem/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2148

    Because of this I am not able to make any changes to my site.
    I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and I still get the same message. How can I fix this? Or can you? Thank you.
