Error on line 41 after upgrade to 4.0.9

After upgrading to 4.0.9 I get this message:

Warning: include(class.cff_filters.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: “failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /blah-blah-blah-path here/clean-and-simple-contact-form-by-meg-nicholas.php on line 41“

Uninstalled latest version, reinstalled 4.0.8 and now I’m still getting the same error.

Any clues?
