Error on Install.php?step=3

    I get the following error message displayed – Can anyone tell me what’s up? (I’m a complete beginner)
    Method Not Allowed
    The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /wp-admin/install.php.

    What browser are you using for the installation.
    I think REQUEST is the method used to get the URL from the form in step 3.

    When I go on for the first time as in the “read me” file and use Internet explorer as my browser and type in my path, followed by inputting my database name and user and password, I then get a:
    The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL

    So how do I indicate a request method instead of post. I’m using internet explorer 6.0.
