    We typically don’t support automatic installers here, but here are two things you could try:

    1. Delete the files and the database that the installer created and install manually.

    2. Download WordPress and use an FTP client to upload just the /wp-includes/ directory.

    sorry i didnt make it clear, I did upload all the files via FTP.

    and then went to /wp-admin

    it said it will create the config file, asked for database details. which I input. then the next screen was that error?

    Ok, try either re-uploading just the /wp-includes/ directory or all of the files again.

    Check the settings on your FTP client and make sure that you’re uploading the files as ASCII and not binary.
