Yeah, if you could specify your problem, that'd be helpful. Most themes just need to be dropped into their own folder in your /wp-content/themes folder in order to start working.

The classic mistake a lot of people make is upload the first file they see after unziping the package while the actual theme is sitting in an internal folder. This could be your problem, but unless you specify what exactly the problem is like Esmi and Douglas pointed out - we may not be able to give the correct solution.
