That usually means that you are trying to import comments from a post which has no comments left on Facebook.
It will be fixed in the new version which we’ll release today.
yes, maybe THAT particular post has no fresh comments. but the bigger issue is that i have since posted new posts on my blog that are not showing in the plugin options section. How do i force it to pull in a new post?
Also, as it is the PRO version I am more interested in, where do i find some screenshots, a demo, or more info about what it can do?
Refreshing the browser would be enough to fetch new posts. Not sure what would could it from fetching, except maybe some caching plugin. You could try deleting and reinstalling the plugin. Or if you want us to fix it, I would need your WP login.
The PRO version has an option of automatic import via WP cron and it can also import comments from images, user profiles, statuses and not just regular posts like the FREE version. You can also display and import from older, more then 2 years old posts. You also receive a priority support, meaning that we first solve problmes with PRO versions before solving those within FREE version.
Visually the PRO plugin is not so much different from the FREE plugin, although it has more features. Thats why i didnt see a reason to upload a screenshot.
I have refreshed the browser several times and restarted the computer, but the options screen is still hung up on the 2nd most recent post.
I also deleted the plugin and reinstalled, but the result was the same; still stuck on prior post.
perhaps you had better take a quick look. Where do i email you my login info?
thanks!
my blog is:

Ok, I emailed you my info. I would appreciate you taking a look.
I just checked and the reason why you have only 2 posts displayed is because:
1. only 2 posts were posted on your FB profile this year and the free plugin has a limit on posts from current year.
2. you are trying to import from a FB profile and the free plugin is designed to import from FB pages only.
The PRO version has extended features on this.
I only have ONE post displayed; the 2nd to last one. But thanks for clarifying about pages vs profiles. And if there is a limit of 2 posts then the free version will not work for me.
Will the paid version handle a profile? I have no page.
Also, how far BACK will it import posts? I have been cross posting my blog to FB since 2007.
Thanks for looking at my problem.
So far both free and paid version can display only posts from present year. We are working on implementing a feature that can display posts from past years, however we might release it as a PRO feature only.
PRO version can handle profiles, pages and groups, while free version is designed for FB pages only.
Ok. I am very interested in your PRO version, only if you get the feature to import old posts. Please let me know here whenever that is ready.
Thanks
