ERROR: NinjaFirewall cannot connect to WordPress database

    Hi,

    I have NinjaFirewall (WP edition) version 1.0.2 installed on WP 3.5.2.

    I’m seeing the error “ERROR: NinjaFirewall cannot connect to WordPress database”.

    My Firewall Overview shows:
    Firewall Enabled
    PHP hook Enabled
    PHP SAPI – FPM-FCGI
    Engine version – 1.0.2
    Rules version – 20130621

    Any advice to what the issue might be?

    I believe I found the issue, in wp-config.php I had:

    define(‘DB_HOST’,’localhost:/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock’);

    after removing the socket the error was gone.

    Yes, that is a wp-config.php issue.
