Error msg when trying to Backup

    hello,
    I get below msg when trying to backup

    We recommend to install the PHP ZIP extension to generate .zip archives.

    We recommend to install the PHP bzip2 extension to generate .tar.bz2 archives.

    Please advise how to resolve this.
