I was adding a calendar plugin and got this error message. I can't do anything else at this point.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare is_rtl() (previously declared in /home3/fidosmar/public_html/wp-includes/locale.php:347) in /home3/fidosmar/public_html/wp-includes/locale.php on line 349

Okay, I did some more searching and found another post where the user removed the events-calendar plug in and that resolved the problem. HOWEVER....How do I do that if I can't even get into the website?
FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) and rename/delete the wp-content/plugins/event-calendar folder.
